The whole thing is excellent, the Q&A is especially noteworthy. His 11 years of executive governing experience shines. He talks about being an outsider, paraphrasing, “I can tell you that this city [Washington, DC] doesn’t want me here.”
I just finished watching the speech and have the Q&A playing on the speakers as I type. The speech was powerful and very well recieved. He has mastered this type of format. He came across as genuine and heartfelt in his words. You don’t fake that. That’s Rick Perry.
