“Overall, 71 percent of military donations for the 2012 presidential race have gone to Ron Paul, while Minnesota Representative Michele Bachmann received five percent, former Massachusetts Governor Mitt Romney eight percent, and Cain 13 percent. All other candidates combined have received three percent of the military donations.”

Former President Ronald Reagan praised Paul for putting the troops first: “”Ron Paul is one of the outstanding leaders fighting for a stronger national defense. As a former Air Force officer, he knows well the needs of our armed forces, and he always puts them first. We need to keep him fighting for our country.”

Pawlenty - $250

Santorum - $250

Johnson - $0

Total GOP (excluding Ron Paul) - $15,298.00

Rep Ron Paul - $36,739.79

President Obama - $28,833.99
