I can’t stand the Broncos, but I respect the guy for the amount of vitriol he faces and he just goes out and plays and witnesses his faith.

I haven’t done a real study of it, but I have not heard a lot of current or ex-NFL players do more than provide mild criticism of this or that about his game...and his game does have holes...but the non professional sports guys all seem united in their disdain.

Nothing will get liberals, including the MSM and Sport media, faster into a raging frenzy than a born again Christian wholesome young man who is also pro-life. And last of all, Tebow is white, and that flies in the face of today's political correctness in which being black is now deemed worthy of extra praise & fawning over, and being white is now deemed to be worthy of contempt. For proof of this, Greg Jennings (GB-wide receiver) always drops to his knees and points skyward whenever he scores a TD, and the sports media would never dare to criticize him... but if Tebow makes a mild gesture of praise, the media will jump all over him for that. We have local sports writers/radio guys that have been mocking Tim Tebow since he made his NFL debut. They are complete jerks about him. They should be embarrassed for their juvenile behavior.

My hubby and I actually rooted for Tebow against our team because of the antics of some of these so-called football “authorities”.

Tebow is about as controversial as apple pie. Only the retarded sports-talk hosts, who are basically one percent preferable to dead airtime, keep making up an imaginary issue. All true sports fans look first at the record and the standings. Bottom line.
