Oh come on... Any person who observes politics should have known that allegations about sexual harrassment or being involved with women not their wife is a common tactic. (Remember Ahnuld's groping?) Especially when dealing with 0bama (Remember Jerry Ryan?). They should have known this. No excuse for it. Even more inexcusable is the handling of the latest allegation, which Cain looked uncomfortable with. That one happened many weeks after the first three allegations. He should have come clean to his wife and people then, and the team prepared for it.

That they didn't anticipate better showed his team's lack of ability to operate politically. Heck, even when I was active in college student organization, we learned about SWOT analysis. As a CEO, he surely knew it.

Again, I liked Cain. I am disappointed that he fell for stupid mistake like this. Yes, it is stupid on his part not to see and prepare that things like this would happen.

Somehow it didn’t succeed in taking Schwarzeneggar down politically. In fact “groping” was the least of it — he had a mistress whose family he was supporting on the side!
