Newt often gives good speeches, mainly because he makes sure that he says what he thinks people want to hear. It doesn’t mean he has any firm convictions of any sort—whatever will get him into office will do.

ALL politicians will do this. Newt will also say things they don't want to hear, and do it on purpose. He gets bashed for adding a dash of reality.

B/S......who else can articulate the wide range of issues this country faces? Forget his past, this about now and our future. I believe Newt understands he is in the last quarter of his life. He loves this country and wants to make ammends to the past and leave this world on the right side. Can anyone say that about Obama?
