While most Americans are lucky to get a few weeks of holiday every year, it seems the country’s leader gets a little more freedom in the matter.
President Barack Obama has announced his Christmas vacation to Hawaii – for a staggering 17-day trip.
Obama, who visited the island just two weeks ago for an economic summit, will head to Honolulu on Saturday December 17 until Monday January 2.
The president, who was raised in Hawaii until he was six, will be joined by his wife Michelle and their daughters, Malia, 13, and Sasha, 10.
The White House travel office announced the president has no public events scheduled for the trip.
The President's family covers the cost of a private beach front residence in Kailua, Oahu, for their vacation - a ‘Winter White House’ that costs up to $3,500 a day, or $75,000 a month.
But the local and federal taxpayers help pay the bill for travel and security.

Of course he does! Don’t be silly! He wrecks the economy, badmouths the country all over the world, apologizes to our enemies, goes WAY OUT OF HIS WAY to damage our allies and lose their trust. Starts wars while claiming to promote peace, it isn’t easy being the antichrist, can’t a guy just eat his waffle for seventeen days without being hassled by you?

Ugh! That is a horrible picture. With how “powerful” this couple “thinks” they are, you would have thought they would have ordered that picture destroyed even on personal computers....lol.
If Obama’s going to just shut down for 17 days, then why not send the entire government home until Jan 2. Forget it. Nothing being done, and zero isn’t going to take responsibility for anything ....so let’s just send them ALL home!! Congress especially.

I am recently widowed, My Dad passed away, My Mom broke a vertebrae, and my home is in foreclosure. I scraped together the airfare to spend Christmas with my Mom, but Of course, I will lose a week’s pay because I am self-employed. I can’t really afford it, but I haven’t seen Mom in YEARS.
It is a sin to be covetous and resentful, but I can’t help it. The President is supposed to LEAD, not RULE. It just isn’t right for him to keep having vacations when our country and its citizens are suffering.
So Zero will be as far away from DC as he can get (and still be in the U.S. (or is it in Asia?) when his best bud John Corzine (a RAT crook on par with Marc Rich) faces Congress and takes the 5th.
An worthwhile basic question to ask is: What do Renzo, Corzine and Obama all have in common?
What happened to “Hang around through Christmas till we get it done”??????
Maybe his handlers may have advised him to "get out of Dodge" for a while.
Hey, if you think your job is coming to an end, you might as well take the vacation time.
What the unwashed masses, just don’t understand is when you’re a true “one percenter”, you’re entitled to do these things with impunity. Who cares what the unwashed think! Let them eat cake!!!!
Of course, Obama has been on vacation now, for three years. Just ‘who’ really. . .is the ‘acting’ President? Leon Panetta by way of Soros? Who/what. . .
....so let’s just send them ALL home!! Congress especially.
I like that idea. Maybe the country will realize we don’t need them and tell them to stay home indefinitely.

Either that or burying more of his past. Of course, his arrogance might result in version 4 or 5 of his "real" birth certificate. He probably thinks that since the other forgeries displayed all the erroneous data and a new one, with corrections applied will put it to bed...
