Let’s get this in laymen’s terms. Is Ron Paul just another practioner of Voodpoo politics?
Paul was voted earmark king of congress.
He puts these earmarks in budgets, then votes against them, so he can claim “I vote against earmarks (or whatever).
Beck is right on this.
He didn’t need to say any of that. All he should have said is what we all know already.... “he’s a nut”.
Ron Paul will not be the nominee.
>>>Paul was voted earmark king of congress. He puts these earmarks in budgets, then votes against them, so he can claim I vote against earmarks (or whatever). Beck is right on this.<<<
There is nothing “right” about a half-truth. It is just another lie.
And what part is a lie, as you put it.
>>>I used to be a big Beck fan. Now I can’t stand him. He is more arrogant than Obama. He thinks he’s a prophet or an oracle or something. It’s CREEPY.<<<
Creepy is about right. Lately he had become more and more narcissistic.
Beck smeared no body..it is the poster this thread doing the smearing.
Unfortunately you are correct and even more unfortunate is steams from his conversion to mormonISM.
What makes earmarks objectionable is not merely the act of spending tax dollars. Rather it is the way earmarks are horse-traded for votes.
Simply stated, earmarks are the currency of corruption on Capitol Hill.
IBTZ?
>>>I checked your posting history.<<<
All of it? You must be a world class speed reader to have read nearly 5,000 posts in less than 5 minutes.
>>>Texas Turd<<<
That is a most unusual signature line. Sorta reminds me of Turd Ferguson. Are you two related?
>>>Andrew Wilkow has said pretty much the same thing about Paul’s ear-marking history, and he’s right.<<<
I saw nothing about Ron Paul on the link you provided.
Anyway, if Wilkow agreed with Glenn Beck, then he is either as ignorant as Beck, or a liar. Half-truths are lies, don’t you agree?
>>>And what part is a lie, as you put it.<<<
All of it is a lie if the context is omitted. You do agree that a half-truth is a lie, don’t you?
