I live pretty rural, on the Yukon in Ak. No organized local govt, no taxes, not even prop taxes, no law enforcement, no services, no comp planning or ordinances and such. They'd have to come in with guns a blazing to get people to even think about govt, and maybe not even then.

I really think sambo is going to be outta the picture pretty quick and the pendulum will swing back the other way. I don't feel threatened at all out here.

I am green with envy! Sounds wonderful. Down here in the lower 48, we will soldier on down here for you. I know, I know, you are safe from the Feds, but you are one of us.

I too believe in the pendulum theory, but until we have Congressional Leaders who have the Titanium spines to dismantle/privatize/shut down THE ENTITLEMENT PLANTATION, our financial pendulum will continue to swing to the left.

When you get snowed in up there read “Atlas Shrugged” by Aynn Rand. You will recognize where we are now relative to the book, and a pendulum cycle.
