Even if Obama is using these women, the phone bill forgery doesn’t make sense. Herman Cain knew Ginger and helped her financially. There is every reason to believe that she actually did have Cain’s private mobile number and had communicated with him in some manner. He considered her a friend. There is no reason to forge a phone bill.
