That's just naive. Lots of stuff happens in the judicial system that isn't supposed to happen. We just don't know enough facts right now to be making the judgments people are making.

Naivete is believing that it cannot be undone. The judicial system is aware of its faults and works to avoid them. If the libel judgement is by default it would be and could be reversed. Unless the defaulting party doesn't want to.
