"Who put this map together? Virginia has had photo ID required since the 1990’s, well before 9/11, and well before parts of the state were heavily illegal alien occupied. George Allen was governor when it was enacted. The Dems fought it tooth and nail, but you MUST show govt issued photo ID to vote in the Old Dominion, and have for more than 10 years."

Well, it may have been subverted at the precinct level. I have voted repeatedly in Virginia and never been asked for a photo ID.

Precincts and some counties with D-friendly registrars may not enforce the law. After all, in ‘08 they let all those students who do NOT have residency in VA register AND vote.
The latest map “Dubya” posted shows that VA has ID but not photo. I’ve always show my driver’s license, even after moving from a red to blue precinct. Does your precinct require you to show your voter registration card or any other form of ID?
