“Governance is not an straight forward thing.”

It is completely straight forward if one has principles. If one lacks principles while holding the power to govern, then I agree. It’s not a straight forward thing.

When one is convinced they must be flexible, then one must make concessions totally disregarding his/her principles. When this occurs, we have cognitive dissonance. What follows is a breakdown of principle. Then comes denial of service.

Your’e on to some truth.

Have you ever managed people?
The local office is like herding cats.

Imagine things at the presidential level.

I would be kicking folks in the arse and firing people and hiring lawyers and hating life.

I Think Cain has shown that he isn’t so swell at management.

I find that 10% of people take up 90% of your time.
The rest get on board , we work together toward an objective.

But you cant dismiss the 10% They get us all wrapped up in this **** Herman is involved with, and a crappy manager has to hire a high power lawyer.

Oh, I been there done that.
