ATLANTA, Ga. - An Atlanta businesswoman is breaking her silence, claiming she has been involved in a 13-year-long affair with Republican presidential candidate Herman Cain.

Over the Thanksgiving weekend, FOX 5 senior I-Team reporter Dale Russell sat down with Ginger White, who had an amazing story to tell.

I agree. It depends on what the texts say. The only reason for releasing a text would be to establish a some kind of minimal relationship...I know him and he knows me well enough for us to text each other.

If that’s all the texts show, then I’m sypathetic to Cain’s comment that he “thought she was a friend.”

If they show more than that, then it means the lady has gotten angry with him over something immediate. If it’s been an affair for 13 years, then she could have gained by being quiet...especially if Cain became president.

Another possibility is that the news media (or someone) found her and she’s being bought for what she would think is big bucks.

"She showed us some of her cell phone bills that included 61 phone calls or text messages to or from a number starting with 678."

So let's quit saying that all of the calls were from her to Cain.

“Who knows how this came out. Perhaps someone who knew about it rather than her? I would think that if it went on that long there was someone other than her who knew. Hotel desk clerks, one of her old friends with a grudge? Who knows?”

The news guy who did the interview said the MSM all knew about this and were on to her, were tracking her down. And he said that a person who was aware of the affair had contacted many in the news media to tell them about Ginger White and her affair w/Cain. In other words, an acquaintance who knew about the affair, ratted her out.

Speaking of which, what do you say about Gingrich who is a proven philanderer?

It's a very large part of the reason that I don't want him as my nominee. But, in his defense, he hasn't denied anything, has apologized for his indiscretions and has been about the business of straitening out his life.

That's the problem with a newcomer in a presidential race. All the mud that's been thrown at Perry/Gingrich/Santorum has already been thrown.

And how does someone release a text message? Unless the alleged messages are still on her phone, what proof would there be? Is simply typing something up and printing it out going to suffice as "evidence"? (probably yes for the dems)

Second, those “flirty messsages” lasted for 13 years.

61 messages. That's one every two months or so.

Give him the chair.../sarc

“You have some kind of proof that he was “wining and dining, and lavishing gifts on her”. If you do I’d like to see it.”

I don’t have to prove it. This woman will prove it, and the MSM will prove it when they dig out all of the hotel receipts, the plane reservations, etc. It will all come out in the wash. The media will leave no stone unturned.

Read your own posts and you will see how poor your logic is.

“It will all come out.”

So by your own statement, it has not yet come out. As of yet no one has seen any of the documents you reference.

Yet you condemn Cain as though they have come out and say what you hope they will say.

Do you remember a fellow named Dan Rather and that other fellow, what was his name? Oh yes, George Bush.

Something to do about dodging service, poor flight record, etc.

What ever happened to those two guys?

Do you remember?

Cain may be guilty, but it is really low down dirty to say so until someone presents something solid.

You're right of course but don't expect any of the cainiacs to admit it. In fact she's already producing phone and text records. It's as plain as day but they refuse to see. They constitute a cult of personality and won't believe anything negative about their idol.

Then again if we elect people only about how they treat their wives—we should back Mitt.

Or Perry or Santorum.

You need to take really really big deep breath. I NEVER said any of the things you are accusing me of.
Apparently you are really into accusations.
Now go have a drink and calm down.

You know your comments are slandering that local Fox News station and that reporter as well, don’t you? Are you saying that the local Fox News reporter that investigated this situation is taking money from Democrats to run a story the Democrats want to create, or are you saying that the local Atlanta , GA Fox News station is so stupid they would carry a story that was purchased by Democrat operatives?

Thank you so much, LJ. I don’t know how much more I can take. A friend just emailed me to say that China has been buying up ranchlands which cover oil fields in our western U.S., and Obama just smiles and lets them!

I appreciate your help more than I can say. God bless.

Nope. It's going to Perry vs Romney...

I noticed that. Natl Rest Assoc.

From Northern Virginia Lawyer blog

Based on a suggestion from a local blogger to look into political donors on the Board of Directors of the National Restaurant Association for potential ties to presidential campaigns, I have attempted to identify anyone privy to inside information about the National Restaurant Association who also has recent ties to any presidential campaign. According to the October 2011 FEC report for ROMNEY FOR PRESIDENT INC. a gentlemen named Steven C. Anderson gave $1,000.00 on July 14, 2011. FEC search function here. Steven C. Anderson is the same gentlemen who took over the helm as Chief Executive Officer at the National Restaurant Association (after a brief intermission) upon Herman Cain's departure in 1999. As CEO it is highly likely he would have been privy to details of litigation and threats about litigation from the immediately previous tenure of Herman Cain.

“You obviously know nothing about the civil court system nor how many hours lawyers spend getting depositions and other facts.”

Lots of laughs, you silly goose, I worked for years in high powered law firms in Chicago, before working at UIC (public institution of higher learning in Chicago). I’m right here about Cain, you are not. You will be proven wrong. But keep on defending him, you will just end up eating your words.

I am going to get absolutely screamed at for this, but so be it. I am a woman, however I am not ready for a woman president, especially not at
this trying time. Women are very emotional and the entire world is is a mess right now. Michelle Bachman is no Margret Thatcher and believe
me she was one of a kind as was Reagan they just happened to be joined
at the same time in history, it was a miracle!!!!!! I would love Sarah she is
Ronald Reagan in a skirt, however this is not God’s will at this time
unfortunately. I do not think there is anything any of us can do to protect
and her lovely family from the MSM. A momma bear needs to protect her
cubs.
