I’m extremely wary of believing these kind of smears, especially in the world of politics, where there are so many motivations to destroy people. I’ve seen and known people falsely accused, and it’s a really horrifying and unjust thing to the accused to just blanketly believe them. So I always have to see a genuine “pattern” before I start to raise my eyebrow. That’s why I don’t even particularly buy into that whole Obama/Sinclair thing, as much as I despise the guy. Same for the patently idiotic nonsense McGinniss was spouting about Palin. As far as Cain goes, well, there’s is getting to be a bit of “pattern” at work, so I can’t deny my suspicions are raised at this point. I’ll just see how things go.

If this is true and that’s a big IF, how arrogant do you have to be to run for office when a 13 year affair is lurking in the background. Clinton decided to roll the dice and go for it and the media helped him out. There is no one as arrogant as Clinton....well maybe there is.

What a sad commentary on our times that you would think that's what would be necessary to pass scrutiny in this day and age. Do you assume that EVERY man has some sexual sin in his past that will be exposed if he runs for office? I've been married for 26 years and I can assure you that NOT every married man has cheated on his wife or has even wanted to cheat on his wife!

Cain’s first 2 accusers who went public were not credible at all. We’ll see whether this new woman has any merit or not soon enough.
