Ethiopia is only about 1/3 Muslim. Kazachstan is only 50% Muslim. Ghana is only 15% Muslim, and the same is true of many of the other coastal African countries shows as being “Muslim.”
Also, the map shows two green blobs off the south coast of India. Presumably one of these represents Sri Lanka, which is <8% Muslim.
Philippines is <6% Muslim.

IOW, your map significantly overstates the Muslim presence in this area. The contrast between land area of Israel and the Muslim countries is significant enough without lying about it for effect. The extremely simple process of showing the map is inaccurate destroys its value as a propaganda tool.
