I’ve never seen a First Lady that, even in relaxed circumstances, did not look dignified and at least a bit classy. My memory may be lacking, but I don’t recall Hillary while Bubba was in office, looking like she just finished mopping the floor.

I just can’t imagine any first lady we have ever had dressing like this in public.
I actually love her sweater-probably cashmere and fairly pricy-the rest of her outfit indeed looks like it came from Goodwill. She should have paired the sweater with a nice pair of skinny jeans and a pair of boots. Don’t know if she could find a pair of skinny jeans to fit her rump though!
