Even your legal citizens are leaving and a lot of them are coming to Texas. We save some serious dollars by allowing a select group of young Mexicans to apply for citizenship and attend our schools at in-state tuition rates. According to the Heritage Foundation the in state tuition program costs Texas taxpayers 80 - 100 million per year.
I hope you also realize that by offering such a program to illegals, Perry is violating federal law.
