So true; I regret that our little Republican primary voters can’t understand this important distinction. If so, they would repudiate most of their primary choices in 2012.

I think that the real problem with Obamacare is that it will lead to the destruction of the medical profession, as dispensed by human physicians. This will happen as surely as morning follows night.

The takeover of medical care by robots is inevitable anyway, thanks to our legal system. Socializing medicine just speeds up the process.

Doctors may not realize this, but people who understand technology and the scaling laws of Moore and Metcalfe know otherwise.

The sad truth is that most contemporary Americans could not care less about liberty and being freeborn citizens. After nearly 80 years of the welfare state their motto is “Ask not what you can do for your country but what your country can do for you.”
