Since this is a new allegation, shouldn’t Sandusky be charged on this count too? Shouldn’t there be another bail hearing for additional charges? Shouldn’t the judge be impeached and removed from office for not recusing herself?

Homo state is still trying to sweep this under the rug, when the new judge holds his first hearing, the DA can lay new charges and the judge can put him in jail for mental evaluation .
