Have you read “This is Herman Cain?” I enjoyed it very much some months ago when it came out. It is a good read, and I lked Mr. Cain’s candor in writing it. Indeed he has lived the American Dream, and he wants everyone to be able to live it too.
I actually do not recall anything about his working on anyone else’s campaign.
I am not a hater either. I have been interested in politics and in how it affects my country for 60 years. I think it is up to each voter to educate themswelves on all candiates before selecting who to back. I began with Michelle Bachmann at the top of my list, then Rick Santorum, then Herman Cain. But as I got to know them, Herman Cain rose to the top, and there he has remained.
I actually started out on the Michelle Bachman side, I like but am not a solid supporter of Perry and Newt (more or less, interested in them, but many many questions and lots of skepticism), I'm not big on Sanctorum, and while generally not a hater, I'll concede, I do strongly dislike, and am strongly opposed to Romney and Huntsman. I like Cain, but I'm frustrated (not with him), but with others to really delve into him, on a variety of issues and his background. I'm sick of bogus fictional harassement charges, and him being referred to as the "pizza guy". I'm curious about his policy teams, and am trying to get more info on them. I'm wondering if they are folks from the Dole and Kemp camp.
