I don’t like Romney either and I am hoping against all hope that he will not make it as the nominee as he is the “it’s my turn candidate.” But it is just amazing all the “conservatives” here on FR that are willing to insure the failure of this country if Romney ends up being the GOP candidate. That’s just unbelievable, but these people have done this in the past and the results have been disasterous for our country. So go ahead and “show us” just how stupid you really are and stay home, or write in your dog, or whatever makes you “feel good.” I guess you are closet Liberals, because that’s how they vote; on their “feelings.” You are all a disgrace! To you BAC’s, “God helps those who help themselves.” He will “give” you that which you vote for!
I found it simply amazing that so many so-called FR "conservatives" are willing to let the GOP go downt he drain once and for all and become as extinct as the Whigs.
What? Do you think the conservative base of the party is just going to submit to a liberal RINO and the RINO takeover of the party and just roll over and play dead and submit themselves to this takeover?

Don't you realize that GOP registered voters is only a bit over 1/3rd of all voters as it is? (About 36%)
If you knock that down to a quarter or possibly 20% of all voters -- with more than 10% of them being RINOs -- you really think there's anything left of the GOP to ever challenge the Democrats again?
