And it's as much a question of whether an invention works and whether is is superior, as diesels were to steam engines, to what already exists.
After all “lava” lamps do something but is it useful and better than what already exists? Solar power works and so does extracting oil from algae.

I find it interesting that Rossi's old company and AmpEnergo, the company supposedly doing the American distribution of the E-Cat, have the same address and phone number.
