Except there is no practical way to track, categorize, prioritize, and so on, the millions of people here. The inevitable outcome of any such attempt will be to throw up our hands and admit defeat.

For all of Romney's faults, he has been consistent on his lack of support for amnesty and perks for illegals, at least in the debates.
