These Fox News Special Report "center seat" interviews - questioning by 3 or 4 Fox News regulars - start off on TV, and then usually move online at 7PM EST - at the link above. I think these are pretty intensive & fair interviews; the last one with Gingrich was very informative. Hope Perry proves to the world he's not the idiot of popular caricature; he's my 2nd choice, if Gingrich should fall.

That’s why I suspected you of not watching the show because he addressed that and very emphatically.

He addressed that on the Fox show and had to deal with Juan Williams who was pooh poohing his concern and saying that Muslim infiltration is the least of the problems.
Too bad you didn’t watch it.

caww, you should do more research instead of stopping when you see what you wanted to see. Yes we have a large population of Muslims in Texas. The actual reason for that is because of the heat, it made it easier for people from the Middle-East to acclimate. However, what you didn't discover in your research is who the majority of the Muslin population in Texas is. Most of the population is made up of people who fled Iran, Syria, Lebanon and parts of Jordan after the Shah fell. Many of these people were related to people who worked closely with the United States against the Soviet Union or were just too moderate to remain in those countries. Some were just people who came here simple to be part of the American dream. They own businesses, homes and are part of our schools and communities and are very patriotic and are grateful to this Nation.
Are there a radicals here? Probably, there were quite a few arrest, but it is nothing like the problem in Michigan.
Also, I would direct you to http://www.theblaze.com/stories/muslim-homeland-security-advisor-accused-of-leaking-documents-to-prove-islamophobia-damage-rick-perry/ where a DHS adviser shopped classified documents stolen from Texas DPS to show that Rick Perry is spying on Muslims in Texas.

Why cant Texas move their primary up to the day before the first primary.
The Republican party leaders will take away half the delegates, like they did with Florida in 2008. These are the same folks that setup all these debates with liberal moderators.

I think allot of States are fighting that right now (Floriduh) in particular. I may be mistaken but right after Perry was talkin Secede (2009 Texas Tea Party, Sarah Palin)
Perry has never supported secession. That was the MSM trying to paint him and Texans as secessionists. Perry issued a very strongly worded rebuttal making it clear that he would never support secession. I may not like him, but this was just a smear attempt on him and on the Tea Party.

I've seen some folks build up a cult of personality around Perry just as some did around Palin. Some have been doing it with Cain as well. They constantly stay on the offensive, and even resort to taking incredibly negative stories about their candidates and trying to spin them into positives. Personally, I think they do their candidates a disservice at times, and they don't even realize it - if I had time, I'd post a few examples from the 2008 election as well as from this year, but it's probably best not to since it would bring up old animosity and since some of those folks have changed their tune.
As for Perry supporters attacking others, or pulling the "if you don't support Perry, you support Romney" crap, it's died off a bit, probably due to Perry's campaign dying off, but it was bad at times.
There are folks for several of the candidates who take it too far, but they seem to find ways to get themselves zotted.
