TEHRAN, Nov. 20 (MNA) A Tehran court has sentenced presidential media adviser Ali Akbar Javanfekr to one year in prison and banned him from engaging in media activities for three years for insulting the Islamic womens dress code.
Javanfekr, the former caretaker manager of the daily Iran, has been convicted of publishing an article in the August 13 special edition of the newspaper deemed to be in violation of Islamic principles, Khabar Online reported on Sunday.
So much for freedom of speech.
Imagine that, Muslim dictatorships aren’t fond of the truth.
“Our brother Ali Akbar Javanfekr has been temporarily reassigned from the Ministry of Truth to the Ministry of Love.”
Coming soon to America especially with the P.C. minded people getting a foothold in more parts of our society !
Now, you an already lose your job, get sued for saying some stuff even if it is the truth and on a very, very rare occasion, face criminal charges !
Sounds like a power struggle.
