Only as dangerous as the persons safety with a firearm. My Sig 226 has no safety. It has a de-cocker and is DA & SA. After first shot though the trigger pull is far less. If he had it in a holster it wouldn’t have went off.

The DA/SA is or can be a dangerous method with any firearm that is why law-enforcement went with the glock The trigger pull was the same eveytime.
Try to control the second shot under a high stress situation and you will learn real fast to respect a consistant trigger and so will whoever the weapon is pointed at!
I have had to display a weapon to change somebody’s mind about a criminal act but the court system has no regaurd for an unintentional act for a multiple feel trigger!
