I think Michael Brown is over stating that Rush is scared to attack this, or that it could “end his career.”
Rush is fearless, but he picks his battles. This battle is quintessentially something Michael Brown is passionate about. It’s in his wheelhouse so to speak.
It is not squarely in Rush’s wheelhouse - especially in the days of Obama, Reid and Pelosi and a GOP nomination fight.

Bingo!!! We have a winner here.

And let’s not forget that Michael Brown is a talk show host who constantly talks about social issues - and has an audience nationally that would fit into one block of Rush’s listeners in a single big city.

A definite parting of emphasis, perhaps combined with a smidgeon of jealousy?????
