Well, I am not a newbie and I will agree that the mutual corruption among some businesses, some politicians and some banks has got to end. For the record, we are not living in a capitalistic society. Things right now are much closer to a fascistic society with all of the government regulation that currently exists.
For the question of why wasn't anyone prosecuted? Look who is in charge of the Federal Justice Dept.
