Orly did her best but in the end it came down to a NH Elections law statute that simply states that his documentation was in order and he paid the $1K to get on the ballot.
I have video and another person is sending me his video as well. I will post later.
There were several NH reps there and all were outraged at the decision and marched across the street to SoS office. I did not go. I will assume that the SoS will say that he has to abide by the committees decision.....and so it continues.
