Should just twist right off if cooked sufficiently. Do wait for it to cool before you try this.

It was still too hot after resting 45 minutes and everything else was ready to serve. I had set it in a rimmed cookie sheet so the chef could make gravy but I only do this once or twice a year. I guess I should volunteer to carve the turkeys at one of those food kitchens to get some experience. I also use a electric knife and my favorite inexpensive Chicago Cutlery knives with the walnut handles...

Son in law was to that exact point last night when I walked in and he tried to get me to finish it. LOL

We had a dirt track race down here last winter, pretty good size, about 50 cars were there.

Went to a hockey game tonight. We actually won! It did take two overtimes and a shoot-out, but we won.
