In the Duke Lacrosse Frame, not only did you have a lying accuser, but you also had a District Attorney, University Administration, and the Durham Police Department that conspired in an attempted lynching.
True enough - but there was only one witness and that witness had severe credibility problems. Here there really are multiple witnesses and if you take McQueary - I think he had way more reasons to deny or to coverup than he did to say what he said. Which to me says that this is NOT the Duke Lacrosse case.
