Depends on what you mean by scripted. Yes, the posts are scripted, so that they come out the exact same every time.
This way everyone who’s on the Cain Pinglist, gets pinged to this thread. It’s not a response so much as, “hey folks, come and read this thread!”.
That’s how a pinglist works.
