Cain's high was 26% and he is currently at 21.3%. In PerryBot land that's 11%.

Additionally, on 10/15/2011, or one month ago today, Herman Cain was averaging 23.2%. Today he is at 21.3% for a difference of 1.9%.

Herman Cain's polling average, one month ago today, was only 1.9% higher than it is now.

Again, to a PerryBot that is 11%.
