Penn State doesn't have a pension system. It isn't paying Sandusky anything.

Penn State participates in the Pennsylvania State Employees' Retirement System. It is paying Sandusky his annual $60,000 pension until he pleads guilt or is found guilty through the SERS program.

Now you're just being completely disingenuous. Do you work for Penn State?

2nd Mile has between two and three million dollars in annual donations from all donors.

Penn State’s top donor in this year donated 88 million dollars. That’s one donor. They had six donors just this year who gave over 10 million dollars each.
