I find your analysis insane and your connection of dots fanciful at best and absurd at worst.

FDR was philosophically against public sector unions for the same reason any sane person would be - that it puts the public servants in a position of negotiating AGAINST the tax payer which is simply an unsustainable and ludicrous position.

The idea that getting rid of public sector unions would strengthen communist influence on our government is one of the most ridiculous positions I’ve ever seen on FR.

Bargaining implies that you have opposing interest sitting across the table. When public sector collective bargaining is in play, and especially when Democrats are in power, there is nobody sitting across the table representing the interest of the taxpayer.
