A doctor who once dated Herman Cain accuser Sharon Bialek came forward today to say that he remembered Bialek telling him in 1997 that Cain had "touched her in an inappropriate manner," and that he was the one who urged her to contact lawyer Gloria Allred and go public with her accusation.
Dr. Victor Zuckerman of Shreveport, Louisiana, who appeared at a Monday afternoon press conference with attorney Gloria Allred, said he had decided to go public himself in order to rebut Herman Cain's public statement that he had no idea who Sharon Bialek was and couldn't recall ever meeting her. "I'm here to shed light on whether or not Herman Cain knows Sharon Bialek."
Four different women have accused the Republican presidential frontrunner of sexually harassing them while they worked at the National Restaurant Association. Karen Kraushaar and a second woman filed internal complaints with the trade group and received financial settlements. A third woman told the Associated Press she had considered filing a complaint against Cain but decided against because a coworker had already filed.
Cain has categorically denied all allegations of sexual harassment.
Bialek became the fourth accuser, and the first to go public, with a New York press conference on Nov. 7. She alleges Cain put his hand up her skirt, reached for her genitals and pulled her head toward his crotch. Bialek claims that when she resisted, he said, "You want a job, don't you?"
At the press conference, Gloria Allred flourished signed statements from two different men to whom Bialek had allegedly reported Cain's "inappropriate behavior" at the time. One of the men was described as a longtime friend and Chicago businessman, the other as a pediatrician Bialek was dating.

You’re nobody unless your girlfriend has been groped by Herman Cain, then you become a media darling.
He is not a witness. All he heard was “hear say”.
Next they produced “Simone” from Ferris Bueller’s Day Off:
“My best friend’s sister’s boyfriend’s brother’s girlfriend heard from this guy who knows this kid who’s going with the girl who saw Herman hit on this girl at 31 Flavors last night. I guess it’s pretty serious.”
Flashing signed documents don’t include SHOWING them to someone who can READ them. Lying b*tch!

He didn’t witness what allegedly happened. He related only what his GF at the time told him allegedly happened.
Let’s move on.

It’s time for his heavy-duty lawyer to start administering some legal-type “black eyes” (such as a slander/libel suit), to discourage this sort of thing.

Second-hand verbal accounts are not worth the paper they are written on.
Hearsay and gossip are not reliable sources of hard fact. The hard fact here, is that ONLY while he was with the National Restaurant Association, and only with individuals in and around Chicago, were there EVER any allegations of such behavior. No other time, at anywhere Herman Cain ever served in any capacity, was there any such report.
This was a conspiracy, coached from the beginning, with those who resented how Herman Cain had spanked Bill Clinton on the earlier version of single-payer government health insurance known as “Hillarycare” back in the early 1990’s. The klepto-Democrats learned nothing and forgot nothing.
He says in his statement that he’s never had a malpractice suit or any legal action against him, he -— yada yada -— says that he once had a thriving medical practice in Bloomingdale IL but due to the crashing stock market and all kinds of other jazz, that he’s had to file Chapter 11 bankruptcy.
Tomorrow, she’s bringing forward another “witness”: A guy who has an uncle that knows someone who works with a guy whose cousin dated a girl who lives down the street from someone who said that Herman Cain once told a dirty joke in front of her.
So says a man known to have gambling problems who commits fraud to try and cover them.
Very believable kind of guy...NOT!
This Gloria Allred is a sheister, plain and simple...and anyone who takes a small amount of time to look into her and the people she brings forward as “witnesses” knows it.

Exactly! If he ignores it, it’s because he’s guilty. He’s got to end it. Being distracted doesn’t work. Ignoring it won’t work.

I would call Gloria Allred a “sack of sh!t” but that would be an insult “sacks-of-sh!t”.

I looked very closely at Allred’s documents several different times when she flashed them... they didn’t seem to have any letterheads... wouldn’t a sworn affidavit be rather official looking...? this stinks so much...
He can't. This is a planned, well orchestrated strategy on the left and it won't stop unless Cain's popularity rose after each attack. If Gingrich keeps rising in the polls, the same will happen to him - serial adulterer, served his wife on her death bed, etc. After these two, anyone else who might be a threat (except Romney) will get the smear treatment; because it works. Romney will stay clean until the general election if he is chosen. Then we will get endless articles about the evils of Mormonism and Mormons' bloody past, etc. This is modern politics in America.
