You all are treading in dangerous water on this one. He is a Professional Dr. that has NEVER had any lawsuits,malprctice or Board actions against him. All I have seen is smear no proof. If you call that Lawsuit against CHASE some sort of big deal forget it. Dr’s have a right to invest etc. sometimes things work out sometimes they don’t. After a quick read it seems CHASE wanted to get at Zuckerman’s ESTATE and the Judge said NO.
Leave it to you to try and defend a guy who obviously has very deep problems in his personal life, including A GAMBLING PROBLEM.
