Don’t take this the wrong way, but what, in your view, are the specific qualifications for a candidate for POTUS?

I’ll punk myself out a bit: I used to think that the list looked kinda like this:
a) Experience running a business, or farm, or some other private enterprise
b) Experience in some executive capacity in elected office (eg, a governor)
c) Experience at some level of command in a branch of the military.

But, that gets you Jimmy Carter. Seems that character, intelligence, and general grit might be more important. Dunno. Just asked, as you seem to have an idea.

Actually Carter didn’t COMMAND troops as I think we both might be thinking.

I like your qualifications.

A non starter for me is a Lobbyist, an arrogant- “I’m entitled” person. Over the hill Congress/Senate people. Rich boys that like to globe trot.

Well you get the idea. It’s just that everything is so bad right now, I think we need an extremely strong knowledgeable person, that can take the criticism that inevitably comes with the job. No thin skins in this job.

Look at how snarky thin skinned Zero is. He acts like a spoiled brat.
