It's said that there are several thousand people. That's from the folks on the webcam.
There are a lot of people there, but I don't know how many are looky-loos.

One guy just said”Horseys, they have horseys” Once in my misspent youth a fight I was in was broken up by Boston Police on horseback. NEVER MESS WITH AN ARMORED GUY ON HORSEBACK WITH A BATON> You will lose. lol

When do we get liberated?

I live in the Metro area also.....it’s ironic that these liberal cities have to deal with the protesters. I’m happy in my suburb where I don’t have to see any of this garbage...

How well I know about that.

Anybody else here an Oregonian? Washington... But I love Oregon, and plan to move there when I retire. I ride my motorcycle down there anytime I get the chance.

Half the messages are “New Zealand supports you!” and “Hello to New Zealand!”
I guess this is their idea of ‘democracy’—saying hello to people on the other side of the world who don’t want to get a job, either.

I guess that the winds aren’t carrying the smell to New Zealand...yet.

On the IMs, the moderators for this expression of free speech are banning some messagers.
Oh, the irony!

The crowd is now estimated to be 5K or more, and the helo pics seem to bear that out.
Our TEA Party had that many, but we smelled nicer, and picked up after ourselves.
So...NO...this is NOT just like the TEA Party.

A lesson I learned in 1987, in the pouring rain, in New Orleans, after Indiana won the National Championship on Kieth Smart’s miracle shot.

Oregon is nice.....like everything except the politics. Same with Western Washington. But I try my best to not let the politics get to me.

OH!
You’re a young ‘un, and I appreciate learning about current culture.
I had no idea that Beavis and Butthead were still around.

They were gone for a long time, but it was brought back this season. I’m not really a fan or anything, just saw some ads.
