The people at the game felt the crowd, considering there were almost 108,000 of them, behaved quite well.

I must say the meeting at the center of the field and the talk/prayer by Husker asst. Ron Brown gave me chills. A real lesson for a lot of young men on the day.

Me too. There were quite a number of people crying in the crowd around me; it was very powerful. Evidently this was Tom Osborne's idea, which just increases my respect for him.
