Really? Then they are doing a terrible job. Even though the media has been atrocious all week, I'm still surprised that they missed the Westboro Baptist Church being there, if what you say is true. What exactly did you want protested? The fact that there would be a game?
WFAN and ESPN had reporters on the ground reporting the lack of protesters. Aside from the Westboro wackos, did you see any?
I had expected some people to be protesting the playing of the game. I guess that line of thought is absent at Penn State. Wearing blue must be good enough.
The game should not have been played.
