Wow! This thread deteriorated fast. Turned into a love fest for the anti Mormons. After a few such posts, most reasonable people turn the other cheek and move on.
The fundamentalist polygamous Mormons still trade women like baseball cards and “reassign” women and their children to more favored men- that is a SEX CULT.
Anybody who would turn over his wife to another man, or any family that would accept being “reassigned” - they are CULT MEMBERS.
Now I don't think the mainstream Mormons operate as a cult at all these days - but they certainly were founded and run that way early on.

I stopped going to church because of the members who felt a special, personal pride in their being righteous.
After studying the likes of Pope Innocent III, Stalin and Hitler, I don’t want to have anything to do with those people. They are seeds of genuine evil; they will be evil-doers if ever they get the power to be so.

SD is a riot, isn’t she? It’s like slamming one’s toe with a hammer and then spending the next few days blaming everyone else and feigning shock about the throbbing and soreness. Somehow, the word “DUH!!!!!” comes to mind. I won’t get drawn in again to appease her sickness.

I have explained that yours is a metaphysical argument, nothing can be proven. Yet you continue. So, you're not a logical thinker; you're emotional, like an Obama voter.
You are begging the question. I don't believe in ANY scripture, as it was written by people; some like me, some like my neighbor, and some like you. I think those who use it to justify their acts of pride and intolerance are evil.
I believe in God and believe that He tests us. I believe that we are temped by Satan, who always uses our greatest spiritual weaknesses against us.
You have no authority. You have a grand ego and you are intolerant and prideful. Put all that together and what do you have?
