That line about looking at her reminded me of a humor article I read years ago, about “How to get out of jury duty.” One of the things it suggested was, “Tell the judge you don’t need to see any evidence, you can tell if someone’s guilty just by looking at them.”

I'm a lawyer and any good lawyer who doesn't think her "testimony" couldn't be pulverized to atoms on cross and with vigorous discovery doesn't belong in the courtroom. I feel for his clients.
