Speaking as a female who has been harrassed in the workplace, I would rather slap my harrasser than cuddle up next to them for a campaign photo.

I wouldn't be whispering anything in his ear.

If a person wants to be taken seriously, no cleavage is best; a "hint" of cleavage at most.

Thanks for your reply - I did intend my questions to be serious ones. As a manager I received sexual harassment training many times, and everything I saw from Ms. Bialek seemed contradictory. There should be serious consequences when it happens, but false charges should be treated the same way.
