I won't remember what Paterno did, but what he didn't do. What he didn't do is what got him fired...

Firing Joe Paterno doesn't fix everything, but it's a great start.

You need to look at Curley, Schultz, Spanier, Waddell, the DA, the police, and possibly many many others and focus your outrage there. Until I hear and see more evidence, the Great Joe Paterno Deep Dark Pedophile Conspiracy is a bunch of delusion on people’s mind. You all need to get your eyes of Paterno and start focusing on this very possible sex ring that Mark Madden was talking about.

I predicted that there was a sex ring before I had even heard about Mark. I predicted 11/7 that Paterno would not coach another game. I predicted 11/7 that Spanier would be out ASAP. I have posted and maintained a list of those that 'knew'. I am sure that I must have posted it to you. I will repost it to you just to make sure.

2. When did his contract as defensive coordinator end?

3. Paterno very, very likely did not "know" he was a child molester. He might have suspected there was something to the police investigation but since no charges were levied it can be presumed he couldn't have been certain of anything.

That is completely nonsensical. You guys can move on from Paterno simply by ceasing to continue to rant and post articles about him. Nothing and nobody here is stopping you from doing that. There is no ‘redirection’ here, we are simply reacting to your continued obsession of Paterno by telling you to focus where the focus needs to be, and you are desperately trying to bring it back to Joe - and then trying to claim we’re bringing it back to Joe for calling you on it.

I find this an odd point of view. He released two statements this week, and briefly thanked the (spontaneous) demonstrators for their support. He won't be attending the game this weekend and has made no other pronouncements.

You can criticize him for a lot of things, but it makes little sense to state what you just did.

It's not important to me that everybody hate Joe. It's important to me that everyone understand about the sex-ring that was operating in College Station. It's a side issue that Joe was involved and is still acting like a pathetic POS.
