If you had, then you would know that, according to the criteria you just outlined, Romney has far more experience in those areas than does Cain. And Romney has been far more successful than Cain in those venues.
Of course, we all know how well that “quality” has served Romney. And Cain for that matter, is on the record for advocating and supporting Affirmative Action, Tarp and has also endorsed Romney.
