Again this is of no importance relative to the crimes, but I think the Penn State football players should have refused to take the field against Nebraska to protest the university's handling of the whole matter, to protest everything about the way this had been handled. They should refuse to take the field for the rest of the season.

I hear you and don’t disagree, however these players likely were not complicit in the crimes that occurred and can’t be reasonably expected to sacrifice their potential careers in professional football. It’s a conundrum...
