When you know of a SPECIFIC crime (not crimes being done in general), especially one against a child, you have a moral obligation to report it.

Yeah. I’m with ya. Who cares about “crimes being done in general”. As long as it doesn’t impact me and you. If innocent folks are victimized by a general situation we know about, but we don’t about “specifically”, too bad for them.
