A grand jury report is in no way equivalent to a conviction in a court of law. When you get right down to it, it’s pretty much just another complaint.

You’re being dense. Paterno admits he never reported the eyewitnessed child rape. He hasn’t been deprived of his liberty by the court, he’s been fired by the trustees. You are guilty of posting vacuous comments about something as serious as a child rape cover-up by leaders of a university.
