Operation Fast and Furious was run by DOJ, but involved Obama administration officials spread across four Cabinet-level departments. Holder's claim that he was ignorant of one of the most deadly political scandals in U.S. history is simply not credible. In his opening statement before the Senate Judiciary Committee he tried to shift the blame to American gun dealers - whom his department FORCED to supply weapons to the cartels - and Congress. The hearing was full of jaw-dropping moments. For the first time, Holder conceded the obvious fact: Justice was responsible for firearms being "walked" to Mexican drug lords. Holder also claimed he did not commit perjury when he claimed under oath that he first heard of gunwalking just weeks before the hearing. Yet a series of five memos addressed to him were received TEN MONTHS before, as was a detailed statement from President Obama. Holder will not apologize for the deaths of U.S. federal agents gunned down as a result of the crimes his DOJ ramrodded, nor will his employer, Barack Obama, accept responsibility or even demand accountability. Operation Fast & Furious is beyond impeachable. It was a "felony stupid" plot at best, and at worst a TREASONOUS attempt to amplify violent crime in order to subvert the Constitution. Under him, our government is responsible for arming criminals with thousands of weapons, causing hundreds of deaths.

WHEN is this man going to be led away in handcuffs??? If he stood over a dead body with a smoking gun, would they arrest him THEN?????

The most outrageous thing is that this Obama clone never should have been confirmed in the first place. During his confirmation hearings he admitted he gave pardons to fugitive swindler Marc Rich. Pay for play? There was a time in America when such corrupt polititical hacks would be trying to keep themselves out of prison rather that being appointed attorneys general, the nations chief law enforcement officers.
Do I have this straight? The Obama administration conjured this scheme up in order to rev up support for gun control. It has been exposed as being such a scheme and implicates the Attorney General. Yet, despite these facts the dems are pushing ahead with their strategy.
What exactly is the message here? We need gun control to prevent crime from occuring when the federal government hands guns to criminals.
Sheesh, liberalism truly is a mental disease.
